A former special education teacher and President of the Board of Education, Julie Hummer has spent her life fighting for children and families to have access to every opportunity for happiness and success. Julie is running to be your councilwoman for Anne Arundel County Council to continue that fight for all residents of District 4.

Julie joins MSEA President Cheryl Bost, former Prince George's County Board of Education Chairman Alvin Thornton, and other state education leaders for a rally to Fix the Fund and ensure that casino revenue is directed to our public schools. The referendum passed in November 2018.
